Zaf Haq, based in metropolitan New South Wales, is a Project Manager at IVE Group, one of Australia’s largest print and communications companies. As a 2025 National Print Awards Emerging Talent finalist, Zaf leads with enthusiasm and project precision, bringing energy and excellence to one of the sector’s most dynamic organisations.
Also representing metropolitan New South Wales, Olga Plastourgos works as a Marketing Executive at Kyocera Document Solutions. Kyocera is a global provider of document management solutions and business technology, and Olga brings valuable marketing insight, strategic thinking, and a dynamic voice to the supplier side of the print and visual media industry.
From regional New South Wales, Jiann Mobbs is a Digital Printing Apprentice at the Department of Customer Service – Spatial Services. Working within government services, Jiann is developing strong technical skills in digital printing and contributes a vital regional and public-sector perspective to the program.
In Queensland, Laila Stevens is a Printing Apprentice at Eckersley Print Group, a company known for its commitment to quality and innovation across design, print, clothing, promotional, signage and warehousing solutions. Laila specialises in offset printing and is also a finalist in the National Print Awards for Emerging Talent. She is recognised for her craftspersonship, dedication to learning, and growing expertise in print production.
Representing South Australia, Angas Adcroft is an Apprentice Printer at MCC Australia, a leading provider of labelling and packaging solutions. Angas has twice been named Employee of the Year and is celebrated for his excellence in craft and his unwavering passion for the print industry.
In Tasmania, Isobel Clark serves as the Director of Client Services and Marketing at Flying Colours, a creative design, print and signage company. Isobel is the 2025 Emerging Talent Winner at the National Print Awards and is known as a true innovator who blends creative strategy with bold marketing flair.
From metropolitan Victoria, Stella Chau is a Marketing Coordinator at Direct Chemist Outlet, a national retail pharmacy group. With a background in signage production and current experience in a fast-paced brand environment, Stella represents the diversity of pathways into the visual media industry and serves as a strong voice for recent graduates.
In regional Victoria, Trent Bowes is the Production Manager at Revolution Print, a forward-thinking print company known for blending design with technology. Trent has a strong foundation in design and brings a mindset geared toward innovation. He is guiding production teams with creativity, leadership, and future-focused thinking.
Finally, representing Western Australia, Melissa Foord is an Account Manager at Scott Print, a well-established, award-winning print business known for its commitment to sustainability and client service. As an early-career professional with a strong eye on the future of print, Melissa brings client knowledge and fresh thinking to the evolving account management space.
Together, these nine emerging professionals – the Markers – represent the future of Australia’s print and visual media industries. They are leaders in the making, each already leaving their mark.
